The Customer is responsible for paying the required charges, providing any information requested by customs authorities or the carrier, and receiving or claiming their parcel within the specified time limits.

When delivery cannot be completed because the Customer refuses or fails to pay these charges, provide the required information, or claim their parcel, Maison Sahéo cannot be held responsible for the failed delivery.

In such a situation, Maison Sahéo reserves the right to refuse any refund, particularly when the parcel is not returned to Maison Sahéo, or when it is lost, destroyed, abandoned, or damaged during the return process.

If the parcel is effectively returned to Maison Sahéo in its original condition, any refund granted will be issued only after its receipt and inspection. The initial shipping costs, as well as any return, customs, handling, or storage fees incurred by Maison Sahéo, are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refunded amount.

The Customer may submit a return request within 14 days of receiving the order.

Essential condition: the product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging, carefully protected. Any product returned incomplete, damaged, or not complying with these conditions may not be accepted.
